Eva-Maria Koskinen (b. 1984 in Helsinki) has studied scriptwriting at Helsinki Film School and journalism at Helsinki University. She works with scriptwriting and journalism in Finnish and Swedish and has lived and worked in Berlin and Helsinki. Her film Ruusukoto (2017) was awarded with the Uusi kino audience award at Tampere Film Festival and best production at Münich International Festival of Film Schools. Her scriptVårfesten (2017) was one of the winning scripts in the competition Kortfilm 2017. In 2014 she was awarded with the KOURA Prize in Finland for the crowdsourcing journalism project #TaDetPåAllvar—Fixa mobbningen. Koskinen currently works as a dramaturg for Svenska Yle.
