Roxana Sadvokassova (b.1992, in Ust-Kamenogorsk, Kazakhstan) moved to Finland in 2014 to pusue an MA in Intercultural Communication in Jyväskylä. There she delved into sculpting, writing, event organizing, newspaper delivery, depression and filmmaking until her wish to pursue filmmaking “for real” and creative loneliness crystallized enough for her to move to Helsinki in June 2018.
